For a hot dog to be a true Chicago hot dog, it must include the following ingredients:
100% Vienna Beef hotdog (boiled, not grilled)
Served on a steamed poppy seed bun topped with:
- Tomato Wedges
- Yellow Onions (diced)
- Dill Pickle (Sliced)
- Mustard
- Bright Green Sweet Relish
- Celery Salt (Just a dash)
Optional: Hot Peppers
Illegal: Ketchup
